Meet Shannon

Shannon works closely with the entire team to try to ensure all stakeholders’ needs are met in an efficient and accurate manner. She takes pride in her outstanding customer service qualities, attention to detail and strong work ethic. Shannon enjoys making others’ jobs easier by handling all aspects of the administrative process.
Shannon has an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and has spent more than 16 years assisting clients with legal matters. Throughout her career, Shannon has always enjoyed working closely with clients and their families to assist in any way possible.
Shannon was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. She married her high school sweetheart, John, and together they have three beautiful children. Outside of the office, you can find her playing in the yard with her kids, doing home renovations or helping her husband in the garden.
