As Director of Operations and Client Service, Jaime’s focus and gifting are in the details. She enjoys brainstorming and coordinating processes for our team to efficiently meet our stakeholders’ various operational needs. Her strong work ethic, combined with her commitment to delivering outstanding service, adds tremendous value to our mission of helping provide confidence and clarity for our families.
Prior to joining SFM, Jaime accumulated more than 20 years of experience in customer service and account management. Her skillfulness and talent in organizing information to serve the greater purpose of helping people absolutely shines through all her work.
Jaime is a Native Louisianan and a die-hard LSU fan, yet you won’t find her to be more passionate about anything other than her family. Jaime and her husband, Patrick, have been married since 2004. They have two boys, dogs, chickens, and a multitude of hobbies that include movies, vacationing, camping, swimming, grilling outdoors, and (of course!) watching football.
